Arlington
Shade for an open deck
Arlington sits between Dallas and Fort Worth. If your patio or deck has no roof overhead, a SunPro motorized awning may be the better fit. It extends to give you shade and retracts when you want open sky. We confirm wind guidance for your awning at the consultation.

For a lake house you visit on weekends
Corsicana is southeast of Dallas. With a lake house, you are not there every Tuesday. From the app you can raise your shades ahead of a storm, or set a schedule so they take care of themselves. Know the trade-off before you pick a fabric: by day the screen is nearly invisible from inside, but at night, with the lights on, you will see less of the water. Wide openings get measured and matched to a brand at the consultation.

When the sun hits the glass
Back windows and sliding glass doors let in a lot of heat and glare, especially on the west and south sides of a house. Window and door shades handle that, and dim-out fabric is available for bedrooms. If you have an HOA, requirements vary. We can provide specifications and product information to support your submission, and the approval itself stays with you.

Keep the lake in view
On a Lake Granbury porch, the view comes first. In daylight the screen is nearly invisible from inside. At night, with the lights on inside, it is harder to see out. Every brand we carry has a wind limit, and you bring the shades up ahead of storms. If you are not at the lake every day, you can run them from your phone.

A patio you can use all year
A covered patio does not have to go quiet when winter arrives. Clear vinyl roll-down shades close it in against wind and cold, and a patio heater or fireplace handles the colder days. If you want both seasons in one opening, a dual-roller system puts a screen and a clear vinyl shade in the same opening: the screen for summer, the vinyl for winter.

Adding shades to the patio you have
On an existing patio, the housing and side tracks mount onto the structure you already have. They stay visible when the shade is up, though sometimes we can tuck them above a header. The powder-coated hardware comes in many standard colors, and custom color matching is available. Most installs on existing patios are finished in one day. Larger or more complex projects can take longer, and your patio consultant confirms the schedule in advance.
